Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a replacement brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered June 25, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a replacement brief is enlarged until February 6, 2017, and the replacement brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
