On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated January 5, 2017, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered November 20, 2014, and an amended judgment of the same Court entered February 6, 2015, is amended by adding thereto the following, at the end of the last decretal paragraph thereof:
"; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until February 8, 2017, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date."
