| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent Global Liberty Insurance Company for leave to serve and file a replacement brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered August 6, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent Global Liberty Insurance Company's brief is stricken, and on or before January 23, 2017, the respondent Global Liberty Insurance Company shall serve and file a replacement brief; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until February 22, 2017, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
