Motion by Carl DeLuca for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated November 7, 2016, and to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, as well as the sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that all proceedings in the above-entitled action, as well as the sale of the subject premises, are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
