| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Application by the respondents-appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) for a 60-day enlargement of time to serve and file a brief in response to the amici curiae briefs filed by New York City Bar Association and National Advocates for Pregnant Women on appeals and cross appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 12, 2015, and October 29, 2015, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the respondents-appellants' time to serve and file a brief in response to the amici curiae briefs filed by New York City Bar Association and National Advocates for Pregnant Women is enlarged until January 24, 2017, the brief must be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied.
