| ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by Carl Samuel Bjerre, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on March 7, 1990, to change his name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Carl S. Bjerre.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Carl Samuel Bjerre to Carl S. Bjerre, effective immediately.
