Application by Deneal Michaels, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on September 5, 2012, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Deneal Michaels Kushner.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Deneal Michaels to Deneal Michaels Kushner, effective immediately.
