Respondent having moved for leave to submit a corrected brief on the appeals taken herein from judgments of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on January 4, 2016, and February 2, 2016, and appellant having cross-moved for an extension of time to file and serve a reply brief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Michael T. Szczygiel, Esq., dated December 22, 2016, the affirmation of Beth L. Kaufman, Esq., dated January 4, 2017, and the notices of motion and cross motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that respondent's motion is granted on the condition that the corrected brief is filed and served on or before January 23, 2017, and the Clerk is directed to accept the corrected brief for filing, and
