| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION , |
Motion by the respondents-appellants to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of Supreme Court, Queens County, dated August 10, 2016, to enlarge the record to include certain "orders and information," for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing that material, and to direct the appellant-respondent to pay the costs of the supplemental record.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the respondents-appellants' time to serve and file a brief is granted, the respondents-appellants' time to serve and file an answering brief, including the points of argument on the cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), is enlarged until February 10, 2017, and the respondents-appellants' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
