| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered August 25, 2016, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom. Separate motion by the appellant for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person and for the assignment of Judith Ellen Stone as counsel. Cross motion by the respondent to disqualify Judith Ellen Stone as counsel and to impose a sanction upon the appellant.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions and the cross motion are denied.
