| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, in effect, to enlarge the time to file an amended notice of appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 15, 2015, which was timely served, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's time to file the amended notice of appeal, which was timely served, is enlarged until January 31, 2017 (see CPLR 5520[a]), and on or before that date the appellant shall file the amended notice of appeal and provide proof of filing to the Clerk of this Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until March 13, 2017, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
