DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT

Motion by John A. Caminiti for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Caminiti was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on January 27, 1999, under the name John Anthony Caminiti. By opinion and order of this Court dated February 27, 2007, Mr. Caminiti was disbarred upon his resignation, effective immediately. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 20, 2015, the motion was held in abeyance and the matter was referred to the Committee on Character and Fitness to investigate and report on John Anthony Caminiti's current character and general fitness to practice law. Application by John A. Caminiti to withdraw the motion for reinstatement.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that application is granted and the motion is deemed withdrawn.
