Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of so much of an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated December 22, 2016, as placed him in the custody of the Suffolk County Department of Social Services and to release him to the care and custody of his legal guardian, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
