| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants, inter alia, in effect, to recall and vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 16, 2016, as dismissed an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 7, 2016, to reinstate the appeal, and to enjoin the respondent Cadman Associates, LLC, or anyone acting on its behalf, from continuing the demolition of the Brooklyn Heights Library building, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
