ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 7, 2016, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered March 20, 2015, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the date "October 19, 2016," and substituting therefor the date "October 19, 2012."
