Motion by Jilian Ann McNichol and Jamal McNichol for leave to reargue their prior motion, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated December 8, 2015, which reversed a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered September 30, 2013. The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 12, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
