Motion by respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a respondent's brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Justice Court of the Village of Ossining, Westchester County, entered August 4, 2011.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed no later than February 17, 2017; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant, if she be so advised, may serve and file a reply brief within 7 days from the service of the respondent's brief.
