DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
| Canterbury 16 Apts., LLC, Respondent, v Andrew Nadler, Appellant. |
Appeals from a final judgment of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, entered April 19, 2016, and an order of the same court dated November 30, 2016.
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeals are consolidated for the purposes of disposition; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed.
The appeal from the final judgment must be dismissed in view of the parties' subsequent execution of a stipulation of settlement. The dismissal of the appeal from the final judgment renders the appeal from the order, which fixed an undertaking pending the determination of the appeal, academic.
