On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 17, 2017, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered October 20, 2015, and February 24, 2016, respectively, is amended by deleting from the third decretal paragraph thereof the date "March 20, 2016," and substituting therefor the date "March 20, 2017."
