Motion by the petitioner-appellant to direct that the respondent-respondent Nelson L. not have contact with the child Ayden L., except for visitation supervised by it, pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, both dated December 23, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is ORDERED that the motion is denied.
