Application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a respondent's brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 29, 2016, and to enlarge the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the application which is to enlarge the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until February 8, 2017, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the application is otherwise denied as premature.
