Motion by the appellants to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 4, 2014, and dated May 18, 2016, respectively, or, in the alternative, to calendar the appeals together, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to calendar the appeals together is granted, and the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to consolidate the appeals and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals are denied.
