ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by the appellants-respondents pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 13, 2016.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellants-respondents' time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until March 27, 2017, and the joint record or appendix on appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][1]) and the appellants-respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondent-appellant Solstice Residential Group, LLC, shall serve and file its answering brief, including its points of argument on the cross appeal, on or before May 1, 2017 (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondent-appellant Zerlline Goodman shall serve and file her answering brief, including her points of argument on her cross appeal, on or before June 5, 2017 (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondents shall serve and file their brief, if any, or or before July 10, 2017; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellants-respondents shall serve and file a reply brief, if any, on or before August 15, 2017; and the respondents-appellants shall serve and file their respective reply briefs, if any, on or before August 31, 2017.
