Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered June 24, 2013, for leave to reargue his prior motion for leave to serve and file a pro se supplemental reply brief, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 30, 2016, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order on motion of this Court.
