Appeal by Persaius A.-K. and Taymius A.-K. from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated February 9, 2016. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Jeffrey Blank, Esq., dated January 18, 2017, it is

ORDERED that the respondent Yasin A.-K. is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal:

and it is further,

(1) the respondent Yasin A.-K. is interested in responding to the appeal, or

(2) the respondent Yasin A.-K. is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that she has been unable to contact the respondent Yasin A.-K., and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
