| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated January 19, 2016, and March 24, 2016, respectively, to stay enforcement of a judgment of the same court entered November 15, 2016, and to deem the notice of appeal from the order dated March 24, 2016, to also be a notice of appeal from the judgment entered November 15, 2016, pursuant to CPLR 5501(c).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to deem the notice of appeal from the order dated March 24, 2016, to also be a notice of appeal from the judgment entered November 15, 2016, pursuant to CPLR 5501(c) is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before February 17, 2017, the appellants shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment entered November 15, 2016; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
