Motion by the appellant pro se to be furnished with certain transcripts to aid in the preparation of a supplemental pro se brief on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated January 19, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file a supplemental pro se brief is enlarged until March 27, 2017, and the appellant's supplemental pro se brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
