| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered June 15, 2007, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated June 17, 2008, to direct that her writ of error coram nobis to vacate the decision and order dated June 17, 2008, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, be determined by the same panel of Justices assigned to determine an appeal, by permission, from an order of the County Court, Dutchess County, dated March 15, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
