On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 29, 2016, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 17, 2016, and an amended judgment of the same court dated May 9, 2016, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the date "February 14, 2016," and substituting therefor the date "February 14, 2017."
