| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered October 7, 2013, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated September 28, 2016, in effect, to direct the Queens County Clerk to release certain documents in her possession pursuant to an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered December 13, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to seeking relief in the Supreme Court, Queens County, if so advised.
