Motion by 159 North 3rd Street Realty Holding Corp. and 240 Bedford Avenue Realty Holding Corp. for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 27, 2016, and to stay enforcement of an order of the same court dated December 14, 2016, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
