Application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 17, 2016. Separate application by the attorney for the child for the same relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted, the time for the respondent and the attorney for the child to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until April 3, 2017, and the briefs of the respondent and the attorney for the child must be served and filed on or before that date.
