Application by the appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 9, 2015, an order of the same court dated April 5, 2016, and an amended order of the same court dated April 21, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until February 3, 2017, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
