| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 18, 2015, February 18, 2016, February 22, 2016, and March 2, 2016, respectively. Separate motion by the respondents Louis D. Stober, Jr., and Law Office of Louis D. Stober, Jr., PLLC, to dismiss the appeals on the ground that they have been rendered academic, to strike certain material from the appellant's motion papers, and to preclude the appellant from "further filings" regarding them. Separate motion by the respondents Edward A. Brili, Susan D. Friedfel, Allison L. Martin, Proskauer Rose, LLP, Donna P. Fenn, Jane E. Booth, and Trustees of Columbia University to dismiss the appeals on the ground that they have been rendered academic, and to strike certain material from the appellant's motion papers.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the appellant's motion is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until February 27, 2017, and the record or appendix and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents' motions are denied.
