| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered September 24, 2014, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated June 22, 2016, to cancel and discharge an injunction bond by Travelers Casualty and Surety Company in the sum of $25,000 dated December 19, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the injunction bond is cancelled, and the Nassau County Clerk is directed to discharge Travelers Casualty and Surety Company as surety on the injunction bond.
