Appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered March 18, 2015. By order to show cause dated December 12, 2016, the parties were directed to show cause before this court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed as academic in light of the commencement, prosecution and settlement of Matter of Guzman (Civ Ct, Kings County, index No. 103626/15).
Upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed.
