The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Kenneth Townsend, Appellant.

Appeal from a transcript of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated March 9, 2015.

On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed and the matter is remitted to the Criminal Court for the issuance of an order in accordance with Correction Law § 168-n (3) "setting forth its determinations and the findings of fact and conclusions of law on which the determinations are based."

A transcript is not a paper from which an appeal can be taken (see CPLR 5512 [a]; Dorizas v Island Insulation Corp., 254 AD2d 246 [1998]; Ojeda v Metropolitan Playhouse, 120 AD2d 717 [1986]).
