Motion by the petitioner to consolidate two proceedings pursuant to CPLR article 78, which were transferred to this Court by two orders of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated July 8, 2016, and October 19, 2016, respectively, and, in effect, to enlarge the time to perfect the proceeding transferred by the order dated July 8, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the proceedings is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the proceedings will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, to enlarge the time to perfect the proceeding transferred by the order dated July 8, 2016, is granted, the time to perfect that proceeding is enlarged until April 19, 2017, and the record or appendix and the petitioner's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
