Motion by the respondent on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated December 21, 2015, for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing the supplemental affidavit of Andrea Kruse dated September 2, 2015, as well as the respondent's supplemental memorandum of law dated September 2, 2015, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent shall serve and file the supplemental record and the respondent's brief on or before March 3, 2017.
