ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 27, 2017, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 4, 2016, and an appeal from an order of the same court dated April 11, 2016, is amended by deleting from second decretal paragraph thereof the date "March 28, 2017," and substituting therefor the date "April 3 2017."
