Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to reargue his prior motion to reinstate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 7, 2014, which granted him leave to serve and file a supplemental pro se brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered December 12, 2012. The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 17, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
