An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Oswego County, entered in the office of the Clerk of said Court on August 28, 2015, and the attorney for the children having moved for an order appointing separate counsel for the youngest of the subject children,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Susan B. Marris, Esq., dated January 10, 2017, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that Stephanie N. Davis, Esq., 118 West Van Buren Street, Oswego, New York 13126-1018, is hereby assigned as attorney for the child, and
It is further ORDERED that the attorney for the child submit ten copies of her brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before March 20, 2017, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
