An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about April 21, 2015, And respondent-appellant having moved for this Court to "so-order" subpoenas directing the Family Court, New York County, to provide respondent with certain documents for the record on appeal, and enlarging the time to perfect the appeal by 30 days from receipt of such documents, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of directing Family Court, New York County, to issue the subject documents, set forth in Exhibit B to the moving papers as requested forthwith. The time to perfect the appeal is enlarged to the June 2017 Term, with leave to seek further enlargements, if necessary. ENTERED: January 10, 2017.
