An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about August 3, 2016, and said appeal having been perfected, And defendants-appellants having moved for a stay of trial pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal, for an order enlarging the record on appeal to include a decision of said Court entered August 18, 2016, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the stay is granted, and defendants-appellants are granted an enlargement of the record on appeal to include, and to allow, an appeal from the order of said Court entered August 18, 2016, and it is further, Ordered that sua sponte, the appeals are consolidated, and appellant is permitted to prosecute the consolidated appeals upon 9 copies of one record and one set of appellants' points covering the consolidated appeals. The attention of the parties is directed to 22 NYCRR § 600.11.ENTERED: January 12, 2017
