Appeals having been taken from an Order of Fact-Finding of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about May 19, 2015, and from an Order of Disposition of said Family Court, entered on or about February 17, 2016, And, respondent-appellant having moved for consolidation
of the aforesaid appeals, and to amend the case caption of the order of this Court entered on April 28, 2016 (M-1398), to substitute Shirim Nothenberg, Esq., Lawyers for Children, Inc., instead of Seymour W. James, Jr., Esq., Legal Aid Society, Juvenile Rights Division, as attorney for the Child, Deborah C., Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted and the appeals are consolidated to the extent of permitting respondent-appellant to prosecute the appeals upon 8 copies of one record and of one set of appellant's points covering the consolidated appeals.
