Application by Julie Ann Kolm, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on January 12, 2005, under the name Julie Ann Genovese, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Julie Genovese Kolm.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Julie Ann Kolm to Julie Genovese Kolm, effective immediately.
