| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a replacement brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated July 1, 2015, for leave to file an addendum to the respondent's replacement brief, and to enlarge the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the respondent's time to serve and file a replacement brief is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a replacement brief is enlarged until March 8, 2017, and the respondent's replacement brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to file an addendum to the respondent's replacement brief is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until April 7, 2017, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
