An appeal having been taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered on or about December 10, 2015 and said appeal having been perfected, And, an order of this Court having been entered on March 31, 2016 (M 709), granting poor person relief and assigning Zachary Johnson, Esq., as defendant's counsel on the appeal, And, defendant's perfected appeal having been heard by this Court (Appeal No. 2777), And, assigned counsel Zachary Johnson, Esq., having moved to withdraw as appellate counsel and for new counsel to be assigned to defendant for any further proceedings, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of striking the designation of assigned counsel, Zachary Johnson, Esq., as counsel to prosecute defendant's appeal, and substituting, pursuant to Section 722 of the County Law, Marianne Karas, Esq., 980 Broadway, Suite 324, Thornwood, NY 10594-1139,
