action, and eviction from the premises located at 20 Murray

Street pending determination of the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of continuing the relief granted by the interim order of a Justice of this Court, dated November 29, 2016, as a full bench stay on condition that plaintiffs perfect their appeal on or before
