Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to file certain transcripts as exhibits to his supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered February 9, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant is granted leave to file the transcripts of the proceedings which occurred on May 28, 2008, June 12, 2008, and July 8, 2010, as exhibits to his supplemental brief.
